Chef Product Review (CPR)

THERE’S nothing like a thought-provoking question to get the product juices flowing like it did at the last Executive Chefs Club meeting.

Recently with a group of enthusiastic Executive chefs, one of them asked: “If you could choose the best Danish pastries on the market which would they be?”

There is an inherent power in asking “one thing” questions. It forces you to boil it down to the most important thing about a product.  Since all of you will be reading this, we invite you to enter your products at the next Executive Chefs Club.

There’s never a dull day in the kitchen - tackling solutions, creating new and exciting dishes and creating trends.” Bo Sorensen, Director of F&B Services, The Fullerton Hotel, Sydney.

Executive Chefs Club (TM)

AN informal Association of Executive chefs designed for interactive meetings with leading purveyors and producers.

Brings local and international chefs out of the kitchen into an interactive and fun atmosphere. Here leading chefs, producers and purveyors get to network and learn in intimate surroundings. They are informative and engaging, yet not too formal.

There are no subscriptions or badges. You'll find us meeting mostly in kitchens for a long lunch. Swapping ideas and socialising this way is fun. You meet the most interesting chefs!
